CURO-Diagnostics ApS hereby lists the company policy with regards to privacy, and asks that any queries regarding privacy be addressed to the e-mail above.

We maintain a secure server that is not shared with others, and cannot be hacked. Users have sole access to their own data which is securely transmitted from their own mobile device to the server site for storage and subsequent analysis. The data is transmitted as a WAV file that does not contain any user or subject details, and if intercepted could not provide any sensitive data about the user or the subject, or enable access to the secure server. The APP´s cannot access the secure data saved on the server, only send WAV files to be stored there.

1) Users can access their data from the secure server using a user defined password that can be updated as needed. Once logged in to the APP each user can enter their name, address and e-mail details so CURO-Diagnostics ApS can contact users regarding updates or issues, and can send replacement sensors and units, should this be necessary.

2) In compliance with APP regulations, every registered user has the right and ability to cancel their subscription to the APP and the Client Cloud, and to delete any data they may have stored there.

3) CURO devices do not store data, and the WAV file data transmitted via the CURO units cannot be identified to any specific individual – full security protection is maintained on the server where end user / patient information is stored – although in the case of patients, never in a format that

could enable the identification of an individual from their CURO measurements.

4) CURO-Diagnostics ApS ensure the highest cybersecurity for our clients through the following

steps.

a) A firewall to prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing our network and data.

b) A spam filter to block malicious e-mails and malware.

c) An antivirus solution to block and detect malware on our system.

d) A separate server for only our patient data - Virtual Private Server (VPS).

We have additionally built into the software the fact that no name, age or gender details are made on the CURO units when recording. We instead use a code identifier for subjects that cannot be traced back to the individual by any outsider. Only the user has these codes and can relate CURO data back to an individual.

CURO-Diagnostics ApS have instigated an additional security layer Cloudflare, which makes it even harder for hackers/intruders to gain access to our server, or to in some way attack the server and our web application.

5) CURO-Diagnostics ApS does not have access to user data, does not access user details in any way, and does not sell, share or loan user details to anyone or any company. 

We recommend that new users of the CURO Mk II change their password on a regular basis, making it difficult to guess or copy from another application. We do not recommend that users access their patient details and measurements in an open, public or unsecure place.

CURO-Diagnostics ApS as an APP developer does not have access to user data and cannot therefore retain, edit or copy user data, deletion of data is under the sole control of the user, and can be initiated at any point in time by the user.
